You can delete your account in the Hive Fitness app, made by HIVE D.O.O.E.L. Skopje, at any time: in the app itself, or by email if you no longer have the app.
In the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings > Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted at once.
By email
Write to info@hivefitnesscenter.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within a month and confirm by email. If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm that the account is yours first.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and language.
- Your visit history, access cards and sauna bookings.
- Your sign-in to the app. To use the app again, you need a new account.
What is kept
- Records of the plans you bought (plan, price and dates) are kept for accounting, with nothing linking them to you.
- Copies in our database backups are removed as the backups expire, within 7 days.
- Emails we sent you, such as sign-in codes, stay with our email provider for up to 30 days.
Your membership
Deleting your account ends your plan at once, and unused time is not refunded. If you are on a yearly plan paid monthly, the payment for ending it early still applies; see our terms of use.
